Mentoring Programme for International Postdocs

Developed and run in cooperation with the GW-Fakultät, the mentoring programme for international postdocs of the Cluster of Excellence “Understanding Written Artefacts” aims to support participants’ personal and professional growth through a combination of one-on-one meetings and group activities. The programme provides in-depth knowledge about career processes in and outside academia, supports structured career planning and the development of key soft skills, and opens up peer exchange and networking opportunities. It is run on a yearly basis with a cohort of 10-12 mentees.
