New Universität Hamburg equal opportunities guidelines

The equal opportunities guidelines for academic activity at Universität Hamburg was decided upon by the Academic Senate in June 2016 and published on 16 September 2016. The guidelines replace the guidelines on support for women at the University, valid since 1997. The new guidelines develop our work in the area of equal opportunities and extend the area of support for women to equality among the sexes. The equal opportunities guidelines contain information on gender-appropriate language, staffing of committees, and hiring procedures.
