Professional Training Series "Towards Inclusive Academic Cultures: Valuing Diversity, Combating Discrimination, Sharing Power"

Designed and offered in cooperation with the Faculty of Humanities, this training series focuses on discriminatory practices and behaviours and how to avoid and combat them across professional situations. The series comprises trainings on cultivating inclusive work cultures, on diversity-sensitive hiring, interviewing, and teaching, and on discussing controversial or emotionally charged topics with students. The series is open to early-career researchers and professors in the Cluster of Excellence "Understanding Written Artefacts" and in the Faculty of Humanities.
