Note that each faculty and each department has its own rules and conditions for online examinations.

Support for students

We cannot provide technical support during an online exam. Neither the examiner nor the Regional Computing Center at University of Hamburg (RRZ) will be able to help you out at short notice. If you do encounter any technical problems, do not panic. Inform the examiner about your problems immediately—that is, during the examination—and provide the most detailed evidence you can.
