Objective
The purpose of the quality assurance system is to check and evaluate the quality of the existing degree programs on an ongoing basis to ensure steady improvement.
Procedure
The quality assurance system is based on 2 key elements:
Together, they form a closed quality loop. The analyses conducted during the quality conferences and evaluations are based on the following quality criteria:

- consideration of the KMK’s professional and academic standards
- adherence to agreements governing the distribution of the workload to components of the teacher training degrees
- suitability to the required curricular values
