Universidad de Chile

Universidad de Chile is the biggest university in Chile and one of the leading universities in South America. The state university is located at the heart of Santiago de Chile. It has approx. 40,000 students and 3,500 academic staff.

The first faculty cooperation was agreed in 2011. In 2018, Universidad de Chile and Universität Hamburg signed a university-wide agreement for a knowledge cooperation and central student exchange. Numerous faculties have actively pursued an international cooperation with Universidad de Chile for several years now.
