You already know what factors motivate you and what direction you want your career to take. Now it is crucial to plan the next steps and to set concrete goals. Our offers will help you prepare your personal career plan. You will answer the following questions:

Individual career coaching allows you to clarify your current professional situation and your personal professional development and change wishes, also with regard to work-life balance. You can also refine your (skills) profile.

During our “Food for Thought” events, we consider aspects of professional orientation and decision-making in greater depth.
