Implement - Junior Professors and Junior Research Group Leaders

As a junior professor or leader of an early career research group, you assume extensive responsibility for research projects, develop your leadership style, and manage a budget. In addition to your academic achievements, this role will allow you to gain the additional qualifications that you must demonstrate for an appointment as a university professor. It will also allow you to further familiarize yourself with the higher education system. You have now reached the stage where you can further refine your goals or set a new course.

We support you individually with all aspects of a career transition, regardless of whether your goal is a career inside or outside academia. Hence we offer formats and offers on the transition to a tenure track as well as alternative career paths.

Food for thought

During our “Food for Thought” events, we consider aspects of professional orientation and decision-making in greater depth. These short sessions lasting up to 90 minutes offer an opportunity to gain information on specific topics from experts as well as to ask questions.
