System accreditation

In October of 2021 the Accreditation Council confirmed the effectiveness of the accreditation system of the University of Hamburg. With the successful system accreditation the university recieved the right to award the seal of the Accreditation Council for its self-assessed study programmes.

This means that all degree programs that have passed our quality assurance system will effectively be accredited and carry the seal of the Accreditation Council.
