Cancer Proteomics

Joint activities in the field of proteomics aim to improve and apply methods for investigating cancer on the level of proteomes. The analysis of proteomes of cancer cells and tissues will help researchers to identify diagnostic cancer markers and decipher the molecular mechanisms of cancer.

An important aspect of this trilateral cooperation is the joint teaching of PhD students. Doctoral students from all three partner institutions will have an opportunity to attend workshops and summer school programs together.

Additionally, joint PhD programs will allow PhD students to work in the labs of at least two partner institutions and postdoc exchanges will ensure knowledge transfer at all three institutions.
