Service Point

The Service Point is the first point of contact for Universität Hamburg students. We provide information and advice on the following topics:

• reenrollment and semester contribution
• requirements for and effects of academic leave, part-time study, and withdrawal
• application processes when transitioning from a bachelor’s to a master’s degree program or from studying to doctoral studies
• getting started with your studies and finding your way around the University
• additional advising services and points of contact at the University and in the city

We also issue the following documents:

• proof of enrollment
• documents confirming periods of study
