Relaxation is essential, but how and with which technique is it best achieved? In this programme, you will get to know different methods and find out which one suits you best. The course consists of a short full-body mobilisation and a gentle warm-up. A relaxation method is then introduced and practised with the aim of ending the evening in a relaxed manner.
