Smart Administration Unit
The Smart Administration Unit advises and supports all administrative offices and the Executive University Board with organizational development with regard to our digitalization potential and efforts.
We consolidate our knowledge of professional process optimization and digitalization so that we can develop an overall digitalization concept for the administration that is economical and efficient.
Our activities are based on the initiative and independence of individual administrative offices in the development and digitalization of their processes.
Digitalization projects that are relevant for entire areas or for several universities are handled directly by the Smart Administration Unit.
