For the Schuppenküche, everyday social life is THE starting point for university and museum research learning. The Schuppenküche promotes sustainable, innovative knowledge exchange between museum, university and harbour city society. Knowledge exchange is explored and communicated with notebook, fork, knife and cooking spoon.
