Testing and adaptation of innovative flat jet technology

The focus of this project is the development of therapeutic transfer RNAs (tRNAs) for gene therapy and correction of genetic mutation-related diseases. The nucleotide sequence of the therapeutic tRNAs is to be supplemented with modified nucleotides in order to make them immunovascular.
