Calls for Transfer by the City of Hamburg
Calls for Transfer (C4T) calls for an intermediate sprint: In Call 09, innovative projects reach their goal at record speed
This year, the "Calls for Transfer (C4T)" funding program is approaching the end of its pilot phase and is therefore calling for innovations to be implemented in a special format - namely in a sprint process: The aim is to explore and implement innovative projects within six months. All scientists employed at a state university in Hamburg can apply with their projects, economically effective inventions or artistic concepts.
Application period: April 1 to April 30, 2023
Funding amount for projects: up to 30,000 euros each
Possible project start of approved C4T projects: from 01.07.2023 onwards
Project end: 31.12.2023 (maximum duration 6 months)
Not only applications from applied and technical science are considered transfer-relevant, but also research projects from the social sciences and humanities as well as from artistic disciplines.
We will be happy to advise you on the application process.
In 2022, a total of 9 projects of the UHH (incl. UKE) were funded with up to 30,000 euros each by C4T (funding rounds 07 and 08). In funding round 08, a total of 13 entries were received, of which 4 were funded (funding rate 31%).
