+++ Update below +++ There is currently a malfunction in the STiNE system that is affecting various areas. Affected areas include registration and deregistration for courses and examinations as well as the entry and publication of grades. Other functionalities of the system are also affected. The study offices are also affected by the system disruption, meaning that enquiries and tasks can currently only be processed there with a delay.
Against this background, the start of the registration phase for course and examination registrations for the summer semester 2024 will be postponed from 19 February to 26 February.
We are working hard to rectify the disruption. We will keep you up to date on the latest developments here.
Important note: If an error message appears when entering iTANs, please cancel the process, as after three unsuccessful attempts the entire iTAN list will be blocked and must be reissued.
We regret the disruption to the system and ask for your understanding.
Update 15/02/2024:
The cause of the fault in the STiNE system has been identified and measures have been taken to rectify the fault. According to the current state of knowledge, the system behaviour has normalised as a result. The effects of the malfunction are currently being analysed in more detail. If errors continue to be reported when entering iTANs, it should be checked whether the iTAN list is blocked and needs to be reissued.
