Code of Conduct

Since 2010, Universität Hamburg has been a signatory to the Code of Conduct, which aims "to improve and ensure the quality of supervision for international students. The Code formulates quality standards for international students at German universities and, for the first time, provides common basic standards in the fields of information, acquisition, admisson and supervision upon which international applicants can rely" (see also www.hrk.de). The Code of Conduct was conceived and passed by the German Rectors' Conference and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) within the framework of GATE Germany.
