Erasmus staff training weeks
A staff training week takes place at universities involved in the Erasmus+ program. While some staff training weeks address a particular topic and are aimed at a specific target group (e.g., librarians, IT staff), others cover a very broad range of topics and present the different areas of the host university.
The advantage of a staff training week is that there is a fixed program and the university in question is well-prepared for guests in that period. You can easily make additional contacts. Furthermore, a staff training week is a wonderful opportunity to meet colleagues at other universities, which facilitates excellent exchange and networking. Organized staff training weeks usually last 5 days; the working language is normally English.
