Law - Conference Series

A series of joint conferences on “Recent Issues in Public International Law in three Countries – Australia, China an Germany” between the three Law Schools of Macquarie University, Fudan University and Universität Hamburg will be initiated in spring 2018 at Universität Hamburg.

Academics of all three universities will give presentations highlighting current issues in Public International Law from three different countries’ perspectives. Building up on common topics established during the kick-off conference, specific topics will be identified to form the framework of the following conferences, taking place at Macquarie University and Fudan University.

In order to increase the reach of the conferences in the long term, three edited volumes on the issues discussed during the conferences will be published in the Law Magazine “Archiv des Völkerrechts”.
