Corporate Governance, Integrated Reporting and Risk Management
This project focused on three areas:
- the regulation of risk management by corporate governance rules in the Australian legal system
- integrated reporting: change agenda—exploring the capabilities needed to achieve organizational systems-design thinking
and
- corporate governance approaches in the German, Japanese, and United States legal systems.
The project involved a master’s thesis and two conference presentations that resulted in published papers.
