Fudan University FDDI Visiting Scholars Program: Applications for the 2019 Fall Semester are now open

For the Fall Semester of 2019 (September 1st, 2019 - January 11th, 2020), the Fudan Development Institute (FDDI) welcomes international scholars from the social sciences to apply for its Visiting Scholar Program. Scholars will be invited to exchange with Fudan University faculty members and conduct their independent research at FDDI. In this years' Visiting Scholar Program, FDDI especially welcomes academics and researchers in the social sciences, who work on one of the following topics: Emerging Economies, Technology in Society, Cyber Governance, Case Studies for Development.
Key facts
| Applicants must be 55 years of age or under and should be faculty members or researchers at a university outside China
| Length of stay 30-90 days during the 2019 Fall Semester (September 1st, 2019 - January 11th, 2020)
| Subject areas: political science, sociology, economics, environment, finance, and other social sciences
| Deadline: 31 May 2019
| Subsidies: airfaire (5000 RMB), accommodation (300 RMB/day), living expenses (300 RMB/day)
