Academic Senate hall and video conference room

You can book the conference room of the Academic Senate, the video conference room in the Regional Computing Center (RRZ), and all central lecture halls online.

Please check the room calendar to see if the room you need is available. Then fill out the online booking form. Once you have completed and sent this, you will receive confirmation by email.

For further questions about rooms or if you need help setting up your own video conference room in another institute or simply a desktop system, please contact the Media Competence Center (MCC, headed by Dr. Heribert Felbecker) in the RRZ.
