For the third time this semester, the Department of Modern Languages is offering our new, experimental project class format focused on intercultural exchange in a multilingual environment.
In our summer semester 2023 class "Using Theater for Your Language Needs - Une langue étrangère et le théâtre - Sprachenlernen durch Theater" we will discuss the development of theater in the world (but mainly in the USA, France and Germany), as well as the cultural and sociological implications it has. The focus is on improving your language skills through role-playing exercises, reading scenes and plays, coming up with projects, and communicating within the classroom in this trilingual setting.
The Kick-off event will take place on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, 6 PM at Von-Melle Park 5, room 2045.
The required level is B2 in either English, French, or German.
Registration is open in STiNE during the registration phases:
1. Phase (random selection): Mon, 20.02. (9 am) until Thu, 09.03. (1 pm).
